Hi, I’m Kristen, founder of Ease Your Mind Concierge based in Sherwood Park, AB. With 17+ years of diverse administrative experience, a passion for helping others, and a knack for creating order out of chaos, I’ve built a business dedicated to lightening the load for busy families and business owners.
Over the years I’ve learned to embrace my ADHD and OCD - what once felt like challenges have become some of my greatest assets. My attention to detail, love of structure, and ability to hyper-focus allow me to support others in ways that bring real relief, comfort, and calm. What used to feel like too much has become my superpower, and I’m so grateful I get to use it to help others breathe easier.
